"This content should be available to everyone!"
I completed PCM 1 & 2 and LOD courses with Calum from UCG and the training was five-stars. Together with Fiona, the team is knowledgeable, organised, efficient and delivered the information in an accessible, fun and well-paced way.
PCM really does increase your ability to communicate in ways that others are more able to hear. Thanks, UCG, I can’t recommend your trainings enough, this content should be available to everyone!

"I felt supported and encouraged to explore challenging concepts"
Our school engaged with Fiona for education and training around attachment and trauma for complex schools. The depth of knowledge and expertise exhibited by Fiona was truly remarkable. Throughout the training, I felt supported and encouraged to explore challenging concepts and delve into sensitive topics. The interactive nature of the sessions fostered a dynamic learning environment where I could engage with fellow participants, share experiences, and gain valuable perspectives.
I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of attachment, trauma, and communication. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her passion for empowering professionals, makes Fiona a standout choice for anyone invested in making a positive impact in the lives of others.

"Understandable, highly practical, and applicable to everyday life"
I undertook the Leading Out of Drama course with Calum to gain deeper insights and strategies in understanding and navigating negative conflict. The awareness and skills that Calum developed through the course were understandable, highly practical, and applicable to everyday life, in all situations. I highly recommend this course to not only those in health and education, but as vital life skills to everyone.

"It gave the college alternative avenues to really engage with students"
Not only was the training personally fulfilling and provided personal growth and insight, it gave the college alternative avenues to really engage with students. Understanding psychological needs, determining key distresses and consequential behaviours has enabled an additional tool for our college to interact authentically with students. Calum’s engaging presentation style quickly disarms you, enables you to feel safe and comfortable, and share in a learning environment that is fun and practical. I would highly encourage your school to invest in this method of communication for the benefit of both staff and students.

"It was a true “lightbulb moment”"
I decided to do the PCM course with Calum to gain a deeper understanding of my important relationships, particularly my children. The course gave me such insight into how & why different people think & react differently in the same situation & why one child would seem to comply (the way I expected) & the other wouldn’t …. It was a true “lightbulb moment” when through the course I learnt the very typical behaviour according to personality types & I also learnt the best way I could change my language towards each child for them feel heard & validated & therefore give their best response. This course is really a life skill to have under your belt every day going forward ~ this should be a mandatory subject we learn in school!
