Process Communication Model
PCM is the tool to make a daily difference
We all want to live and interact positively. We all want to access our own and others’ potential. The great thing is: we can. The Process Communication Model® is a validated tool to decode human interactions, helping you to make the most of every conversation, situation and day.

An internationally-acclaimed, reliable, behaviourally-based communication model, PCM can be used to help you better connect with all personality variations, while raising your own self-awareness and self-management. Leading Out of Drama
Leading Out of Drama (LOD) is a behaviour-based approach to constructive, healthy conflict; that can be used to create rather than destroy. Developed by Next Element (USA), LOD draws on evidence-based practices, years of outcomes research, and experience across organizational, cultural and team environments.
These full and half-day interactive workshops equip participants with skills to transform the energy of conflict into meaningful contribution, every day, in every interaction, for powerful personal and professional development.
More about LOD
Numerous organizational studies estimate that leaders and managers spend 30-50% of their working lives managing conflict, and yet most feel poorly equipped to do so. Negative conflict sabotages morale, engagement, and productivity.
Conflict isn’t the problem, it’s an energy. How we approach and use this energy can lead to problems, or solutions.
The benefits for you
Understand the dynamics of conflict and why we tend to avoid it.
Make different communication choices and move away from the negative impact.
Embrace control in conflict situations that previously seem unmanageable.
Transform the energy of conflict into opportunities for connection, understanding and growth
Break free from unhealthy relationship dynamics.
Strengthen self-compassion.
The benefits for your organisation
Identifying healthy and unhealthy responses to conflict
Navigate conflict, with empathy and accountability
Leaders work with others to build capability, rather than dependency
Less time wasted in meetings
Engaged individuals become team contributors
Improve team culture, morale and productivity
Emotional Assertiveness
The program is designed to build knowledge and skills in Emotional Assertiveness, which is emotional intelligence in action. Focusing upon understanding human behaviour in the context of self and others, we offer experience and application, as opposed to just ‘head knowledge’ of emotional intelligence. You will takeaway insights and skills, for immediate application in all aspects of your life.
More about Emotional Assertiveness
The Emotional Assertiveness seminars provides participants with the necessary skills:
to improve our ability to listen to our emotions, understand them, and anticipate and manage their impact on our health and wellbeing
to deal with our emotions in a healthy and authentic way
to understand why our experience of emotions has an impact on how we manage ourselves
to improve our ability to build healthy, secure and meaningful bonds with others and enhance the quality of our lives
to enhance the four key qualities of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Interpersonal (Social) Awareness, Self-Management and Relationship Management
These seminars develop self-confidence in all fields of human interaction, in personal and professional environments, couples and families, and anywhere where effective and healthy relationships with others are important.
They will complement your personal skills in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution, and will open an additional and logical dimension for understanding the complex nature of human relationships.
These seminars are designed to enhance our capacity to make the best use of our emotions by linking them to thinking creating a powerful problem-solving tool.
The benefits for you
Understand emotions and combine them with clear thinking
Strengthen and deepen your relationships

Corporate
Mental health concerns affect, on average, at least a quarter of your employees. Burnout affects up to half our workforces, affecting team culture, functioning, and crippling productivity.
Taking a proactive approach in your organisation to this global issue generates an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance, and psychological safety, with flow-on effects to staff wellbeing, retention, and productivity. You don’t need research to understand that a happier staff will outperform distressed staff (although there is plenty of data to back this up).
We can tailor a program to your specific needs, where it be best-evidence education on mental health conditions including trauma and their effects, strategies to build compassion for ourselves and others, management of burnout, and team and culture building strategies.
Education
Schools are under increasing pressures, and teachers have never had so many balls to juggle as now. The rise in mental health concerns in children of all age groups, along with increased expectation on schools to manage them, has challenged the traditional role of teachers. It is no-wonder that staff burnout and teacher retention is overwhelming many schools.
How do we teach children and adolescents who are distressed?
How do we connect with students who are motivated to learn differently?
Does your staff understand the neurobiology and attachment needs that drive students behaviour?
We can provide education sessions, as well as practical seminars to empower staff to manage their students and classrooms in a compassionate, assertive, and individualised way, to reach every student.
Parenting
We aren’t born with a guide on how to parent our complex and unique children, a role which is arguably the most important we will undertake in our lives. Parents almost universally want the best for their children and do the best they can with what they have.
We provide education sessions, as well as structured workshops, to give parents to children of all ages, from infants to adolescents, the confidence to connect to their children in affirming, attachment centered ways, and assist in navigating the changing needs of their developing children.
