About us
We understand that when we aren’t feeling our best, we can’t function at our best
Our why?
Through our clinical work, and interfacing with multiple teams dealing with complex and unstable problems, we see and feel the impact of the burgeoning real-world stressors that people of all walks of life are struggling with.
We understand that when we aren’t feeling our best, we can’t function at our best
Our communication and relationships may suffer, further contributing to the burden we carry. However, with the right approach and tools, we can use this energy in positive ways, building relationships, improving self-efficacy and wellbeing. We see a growing need for meaningful interventions and support to improve individual and team functioning and connection, as an antidote to the problems that limit our potential.
Calum & Fiona each have over 25 years experience in the fields of complex mental health, dealing on a daily basis with systems issues, family crises, and trauma; has provided us with unique perspectives and skills in managing the most challenging scenarios, as well as an empathic appreciation of individuals and a belief in the positive power of personal growth.
Vision
We envisage a global community achieving their full potential through being compassionate, connected, and leading with purpose
Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals and organisations to thrive through the transformational power of communication; developing nurturing relationships, profound self-awareness, and inspired leadership
Values
We see relationships as fundamental to personal and professional effectiveness and wellbeing, built on a healthy respect for ourselves, as well as others. We believe effective communication is the essential fuel to power our relationships.
